Natalie Adomait joined Brookfield Asset Management in 2011 and quickly rose through the ranks, achieving the title of Managing Partner at 32 years old. In 2020, she moved into the Energy Group to lead transition investments, working alongside Mark Carney, now Prime Minister of Canada. In this capacity, she played a central role in launching Brookfield’s inaugural Global Transition Fund, which became the world’s largest private fund dedicated to accelerating the transition to a net-zero economy after raising a record $15 billion in just 16 months.

Today, Natalie acts as Chief Operating Officer for Brookfield Energy, where she leads asset management and strategic oversight for a $140 billion portfolio spanning renewable energy and transition assets. In this role, she has driven AI adoption and more rigorous Health & Safety standards across Brookfield Energy’s global portfolio, exemplifying the positive impact that Canadian leadership and investment can bring to the global stage.
