With >$300 billion in capital markets transactions experience and operational leadership of a >$5 billion asset business, she has built her career translating capital, strategy, and governance into growth and long-term value. Recognized nationally as Canada's Investment Banker of the Year, Scarlett brings a rare combination of capital markets expertise, public-company executive leadership, governance, and institution-building experience.
