Amanda Gaiotti is a Partner at Sagard, a $46B global alternative asset manager. She serves on the Executive Committee of Sagard Private Equity Solutions, a $23B+ investment platform spanning Canada, the U.S., and Europe. Since joining Sagard in 2020, she has played a key role in the firm’s growth, leading cross-border transactions, launching new investment strategies, and developing strategic capital partnerships. She also built the firm’s post-merger integration framework, now deployed across all of Sagard’s acquisitions.
Prior to Sagard, she worked closely with senior leadership at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group on strategic planning and post-acquisition integrations. Amanda holds an MBA from McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management. Beyond her business career, she was an eight-year member and elected captain of the Canadian National Synchronized Skating Team and has coached Canada’s junior and senior national teams.
