Megan Leslie and Julian Mulia are the co-founders of NanoTess, a Calgary biotech company developing catalytic technology that supports the body’s intrinsic capacity for healing. Built on social enterprise values and shaped by personal loss, NanoTess reduces barriers between people and healing, starting with the future of wound care and dermatology. Together, they advanced NanoTess from early research into commercialization with certified Canadian-made production, national accessibility across 14,000 pharmacies and 3,500 health care facilities, and growing international relevance.
As CEO, Megan leads strategy, commercialization, talent, regulatory, and social impact.
As CSO, Julian leads the scientific, technical, go-to-market, partnership, and manufacturing foundations behind NanoTess’ Catalytic Treatment Matrix platform.
Under their leadership, NanoTess demonstrates how purpose-led Canadian innovation can improve patient outcomes while building a globally scalable company.
