Paige Sandher is the Founder & COO of CouchHaus, a Canadian direct-to-consumer furniture brand redefining the custom sofa experience. She launched the company in March 2021 alongside her husband and business partner, Harrison Gordon, after struggling to find a high-quality customizable couch.
What began as selling a couch out of their living room quickly grew into a multi-million-dollar business serving customers across Canada. Before CouchHaus, Paige and Harrison spent five years building and scaling e-commerce brands, leading to several successful acquisitions and exits.
That foundation in digital commerce, supply chain strategy, and brand building became the backbone of CouchHaus’ growth. Known for her systems-driven mindset and strong brand vision, Paige focuses on scalable operations, client experience, product refinement, and team alignment. She has been recognized by Forbes, TELUS SWO, GLORY 30x30, The Peak, BC Business, and appeared on Dragon’s Den.
