Emma Stern is Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Felix Health, Canada's first end-to-end digital healthcare platform. Driven to expand access to care and empower Canadians to take control of their health and wellbeing, Emma helped shape Felix’s asynchronous, form-based care model, which powered growth to over 1.5 million Canadians across eight provinces. To bring this vision to life, Emma and her business partner recruited a medical director with telemedicine experience and a specialist advisory board built with physicians and pharmacists.
Her investment banking background was also an asset from day one, helping her build Felix’s financial model and lead early investor conversations. Her leadership has been recognized with Glory Media’s Women of the Year honour, a spot on Report on Business Magazine’s Top Growing Women-Led Companies list, and The Impact Award at the inaugural Built In Canada Awards.
