Adam Temple is the Co-Founder and CEO of Inline Group Inc., a Canadian civil engineering field services firm specializing in geomatics, materials testing, and geotechnical engineering. Since co-founding Inline in 2012 at age 22, Adam has helped grow the company from a small startup into a 550+ person organization serving major infrastructure, energy, and mining projects across Canada. Under his leadership, Inline has expanded through strategic acquisitions, including JASA Engineering and Challenger Geomatics, while building a culture centered on humility, accountability, hard work, and employee ownership.
Adam is passionate about creating long-term career opportunities and proving that high-growth companies can scale while staying people-first. Outside of work, he contributes to the community through his involvement with the Kids with Cancer Society and YPO Alberta, while remaining deeply committed to his wife, Christina, and their three children.
