Zoe Tisshaw and Brooke Johansen-Shumay have built Park & Fifth Co. from the ground up, starting in their early twenties and growing it into a household name in Canadian fashion. As co-owners and co-CEOs, they lead every part of the business together: Zoe focuses on product and brand, while Brooke oversees finance and operations. They make every decision together, equally and collaboratively.
Through marriage, motherhood, and the demands of scaling a business, they’ve done it all in tandem. Park & Fifth now employs 80 exceptional individuals across three Canadian retail locations (Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto) as well as a high-growth e-commerce business, driving increasing US market penetration year over year.
In March 2026, the brand earned B Corp certification, cementing its commitment to social responsibility and environmental accountability. Their female-led, values-driven model creates meaningful Canadian economic impact while redefining what a bridesmaid-focused brand can be.
