Over his career at Air Canada, United and Continental Airlines, he has held senior leadership roles spanning operations, technology, digital, customer experience, loyalty, revenue strategy, and corporate development. He previously served as President of Aeroplan and led Air Canada’s acquisition and transformative relaunch of the program.
Mark is known for leading large-scale transformation at the intersection of people, technology, and customer experience. He is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and is fluent in English and French.
