Janice is a mission-driven leader for Indigenous, philanthropic, and educational organizations. She currently serves as the CEO for the Assembly of First Nations with 170+ employees. The AFN is an advocacy group which is mandated by 630+ First Nations in Canada. Described by peers and employees alike as an innovative guide and lead-by-example CEO, Janice liaises, collaborates with governments, public sector, private sector, and the general public in partnership with First Nations communities across the country to make positive change for First Nations.
