Vincent, a University of Concordia graduate is the Vice President, COO and Co-Owner of Rustica Foods, a leader in pizza manufacturing in Canada. In 2011 after having invested in Rustica Foods, the company grew by acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Vincent has embarked on an aggressive expansion plan to build an additional 145,000 sq ft facility to secure future growth while bringing leadership and experience to the food industry and contributing to charitable endeavors in the community.
