Mat is BMO’s Chief Digital Officer. He is responsible for driving the digital transformation of the bank’s customer-facing businesses and has been at the vanguard of enduring change in BMO’s customer experience and ways of working. Prior to this role, Mat held progressively senior roles in BMO’s Digital and Strategy teams and worked as a Consultant at Monitor Group. Mat is on the Board of Good Shepherd Ministries in Toronto, and a proud husband and father of two.
