Sonia leads CDL’s strategy, operations and programs across 10 sites at University of Toronto, Oxford, Washington, Calgary, UBC, HEC Montréal, HEC Paris, UW-Madison, Dalhousie and Georgia Tech. Sonia is also Executive Director of CDL Rapid Screening Consortium, a non-profit that delivers a free program to launch COVID-19 rapid screening in workplaces and schools across Canada. In 2020 they founded the Sonia Sennik Resilience Fund, the largest multi-donor endowment in McMaster Engineering history.
