In today’s fast-paced landscape, she brings pragmatic leadership to navigating complex accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements, and challenges the status quo to drive better results for RBC and its shareholders. Anilisa is a champion for diversity and inclusion and is actively involved in the community, serving on the St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation Board of Directors and on the Kingsway College School Finance Committee.
