Justine Janssen is SVP of Strategic Initiatives at Ceridian, a global Human Capital Management technology company, where she leads the organization’s growth and transformation initiatives. In 2018, Justine led Ceridian’s IPO, which raised over CAD $800 million and marked the largest technology IPO ever in Canada. Prior to joining Dayforce in 2011, Justine worked as a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman, where she led organizational change and growth strategy projects for Fortune 1000 companies. Justine is Chair of the Board for Ceridian Cares Canada, an employee-driven charity supporting those in need in local communities, and serves as a board member for WEtech Alliance and Entegrus Powerlines Inc. A champion of women in STEM, Justine acts as an advisor to #MoveTheDial and Build a Dream. Justine has an Honors Business Administration Degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Outside of work, Justine spends time with her husband Eric, and children Jack and Grace.
