At CIBC, Hratch is a champion for innovation, diversity, and next-gen talent, a leading supporter of persons with disabilities, and co-leads CIBC’s SickKids Leaders campaign. Prior to his current role, he was CIBC’s Head of Strategy & Corporate Development. Before CIBC, Hratch held strategy and corporate development roles at TD Bank, and was a management consultant with Oliver Wyman. Hratch is a board member of NPower Canada, The Writers’ Trust of Canada, and is on the Silver Ball Committee of Providence Healthcare.
