When David left DAVIDsTEA early in 2016 to pursue new entrepreneurial endeavours, the company was seventh on the list of Canada’s most trusted brands. His vision for DAVIDsTEA was undeniably innovative — in fact, Forbes named DAVIDsTEA one of the 25 most innovative consumer and retail brands in the world. However, he attributes much of the brand's success to his ability to build a team of dedicated, smart and passionate people. And now, with the launch of his latest brand, David has once again assembled a world-class team to bring his vision to life. Looking to bring a fresh perspective to the fast-casual restaurant category, David is launching Mad Radish, a new concept combining nutritious, chef-driven salads with operational efficiency and an eye for branding and design.
