Heather is an accomplished Board Director, CEO and transformation executive with extensive P&L leadership experience across some of Canada's most prominent organizations. Heather has a proven track record of driving growth and leading transformational change in complex, multi-billion dollar business environments across a variety of sectors.

Heather currently leads Carlor Advisory, a firm providing direct counsel to C-Suite executives on the strategies and initiatives that matter most: unlocking growth, enhancing performance, leveraging AI as a strategic differentiator, and driving value creation. In her previous role as President of Commercial and Public Sector at TELUS, Heather led a national team driving transformational business growth with Canada’s largest organizations. As part of her mandate, Heather oversaw the launch of Canada’s first fully Sovereign AI Factory - Canada’s fastest and most powerful supercomputer, operating on 99% renewable energy.  Heather’s executive career also included serving as President & CEO of BioScript Solutions, President of 19th Capital Group, and Chief Customer and Transformation Officer at MTS Allstream. 

Currently based in Toronto, Heather grew up and started her career in St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador and has also lived in Halifax Nova Scotia.  Heather holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University of Newfoundland, an MBA from Queen's University, an ICD.D designation, and is a Chartered Marketer. 

Heather actively supports causes related to mental health, youth, diversity, and inclusion, and serves on the TELUS Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area Community Board as well as the Canadian Hearing Services Board. 

Heather is a two time winner of Canada's Most Powerful Women Top 100, and has been named to the Canadian Board Diversity Council Diversity 50 and Canada's Top 40 Under 40
