Kieran Hawe’s career began on site, gaining hands-on experience delivering complex building projects across the United States, Germany, Ireland, and Asia. After moving to Canada, he joined EllisDon in 2000 as a Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator and steadily advanced through senior operational and executive leadership roles, culminating in his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2023.
As CEO, Kieran leads EllisDon with a bold, people-centred approach and a clear focus on excellence, accountability, and long-term value, galvanizing the organization to consistently perform at the highest level.
